The Safety Patrol Program empowers seventh-grade students to help maintain a safe and respectful school environment. These student leaders serve daily during dismissal at various doors and crossings, assisting with car and walker lines to ensure everyone gets home safely. They also take on occasional duties during special events, such as church visits. At the start of the year, students apply for the program, learn about their responsibilities, and commit to a pledge, receiving a badge and pin during an Induction Mass. Throughout the year, patrols may meet for check-ins, and in the spring, their service is celebrated with a county-wide Safety Picnic before returning their badges for future use.
